I was approached by the webmaster of Road Signs Direct, a Newcastle based company that allows the trade and public to buy road signs.
Road Signs Direct, run by Ashworth Marketing Ltd - a B2B and digital
marketing in Newcastle agency asked if we could make a significant difference
in their search engine results, with a limited, fixed spend.
After some research, we decided that it would a be worthwhile project for both sides, and we could stay within the fixed budget if we optimised their home page and any other nine web pages (that they chose).
Hopefully, the results, shown above, provide some evidence of our ability. Four weeks after completing the optimisation task, sales are up by 30%. This is astonishing as it would take Google and the other search engines, five to seven days to refresh their index with the newly optimised page, and probably further time to upgrade the page's positions in the search engine results.
